No she's giving birth to a pup. I used a lot of reference images from other dogs and wolves giving birth, just to give some kind of realism to the pic.

well when i see dogs give birth the pup looks black and bloody from the uterus and when i look at the pic you made the pup that's coming out of her look's like she's laying an egg

No you're not wrong, her pup is rather light in color because her mate had lighter fur than hers, but the baby is in a sac. All pups born normally are in a sac of fluid.

Sad story, I hope she finds another mate to make her happy and help her with her pup.
I have alot of birthing photos of dogs giving birth, i would love to trade refrences so i can figure out how elce to do this.

No problem, and to be honest, I didn't find too many "good" pictures. A lot was just a lot of tidious searching for references and even then I think I came up with 4 ^^;
